About Chelsea Farms

Founded by Linda and John Lentz in Olympia, Washington. The name 'Chelsea' comes from John's tugboat used for geoduck diving and means 'Port of Ships.' The 'Gem' part highlights their deep-cupped, jewel-like shells. Chelsea Farms pioneered the tide-tumbling cultivation method.
