Founded by Will Peckham and Walker Lourie, who hatched the idea on Fishers Island's Isabella Beach in 2015. They believe oyster aquaculture is one of the most environmentally responsible forms of protein production and combine heritage underwater oyster grant techniques from the late 1800s with modern cultivation methods.
